Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Alchemy Niche. As a retail seller, we are committed to providing high-quality products. To maintain fair pricing and prevent policy abuse, our return and refund procedures are strictly enforced. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Strict 48-Hour Reporting Window
All claims for damages, missing items, or incorrect products must be submitted via our official support channel within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp provided by the courier. After this 48-hour window, the order is legally deemed "Accepted in Good Condition," and no claims—without exception—will be entertained.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement (Zero-Tolerance Policy)
To prevent fraudulent claims and "friendly abuse," no return or refund request will be processed without a valid unboxing video.
- Video Criteria: The video must be a single, continuous shot (no cuts, edits, or pauses).
- The Seal: You must show the package from all angles to prove the original seal is intact before you begin opening it.
- The Evidence: The video must clearly capture the shipping label and the specific damage or missing item as it is pulled from the box.
- Failure to provide a clear, uncut video at the time of the complaint will result in an automatic rejection of the claim.
3. Damaged or Defective Goods
If a product is genuinely damaged, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
- Condition: The item must remain unused and in its original packaging.
- Verification: Alchemy Niche reserves the right to inspect returned goods. If damage is found to be caused by customer mishandling or "staged" for the video, the refund will be denied, and the buyer must pay for return shipping to reclaim the item.
4. Missing Items
If an item is missing, we will cross-reference your unboxing video with our internal warehouse weight-check logs and CCTV footage. If the discrepancy is confirmed, a refund for the value of the missing item will be issued. We do not ship "missing items" separately; a refund or store credit is the standard resolution.
5. "Wrong Product" Exchanges (Buyer’s Error)
If you mistakenly ordered the wrong item:
- Shipping Costs: You are 100% responsible for both the return shipping of the original item and the shipping cost of the replacement.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all buyer-error exchanges to cover inspection and processing labour.
- Condition: Items must be in factory-sealed, resalable condition. Opened, tested, or "tried out" items will be rejected.
6. Custom-Printed Products
- No Cancellations: Once an order for a customised or printed product is placed, it is final and cannot be cancelled or modified.
- Non-Returnable: Custom products are ineligible for return or refund unless there is a clear manufacturing defect documented by the mandatory unboxing video.
7. Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, contact details, or refusal to accept the delivery, the customer is liable for:
- The original shipping charges.
- The return shipping charges (RTO).
- A 15% handling and restocking fee.
