Our Shipping Policy

At AlchemyNiche, we prioritize secure and documented delivery to ensure our 3D Knee Supports reach you in perfect condition. To prevent fraudulent "lost package" or "item not received" claims, we adhere to the following strict protocols:

1. Order Processing & Verification

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders with unverified addresses or those flagged as high-risk by our payment processor.

2. Delivery Timelines & Tracking

• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. While we aim for punctuality, AlchemyNiche is not responsible for delays caused by courier logistics, customs, or extreme weather.
• A Tracking ID will be sent to your registered email/phone once the order is dispatched. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the tracking status.

3. Address Accuracy & Redirects

• We ship strictly to the address provided at the time of purchase. No address changes are permitted once the item is dispatched.
• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs plus any return-to-sender fees.

4. Proof of Delivery (PoD)

• A delivery marked as "Delivered" by our courier partner’s tracking system serves as final legal proof of delivery.
• We do not accept "Package Not Received" claims if the tracking shows a successful delivery to the provided address. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the package or providing a secure drop-off location.

5. Damaged or Tampered Packages

• Crucial: If you receive a package that appears heavily tampered with or ripped, do not accept the delivery.
• If you accept a damaged outer box, you must record the unboxing video (as per our Refund Policy) to prove the internal product was affected during transit. Without this video, AlchemyNiche cannot be held liable for transit damage.
